Cleanroom Pass boxes(SPB) are usually located on partition walls of cleanrooms, situated between the clean room and adjacent area, features dual doors allowing access from each side. These doors, interconnected electrically, permit only one to open at a time, preventing air exchange between rooms. This setup reduces the need for frequent clean room door openings during material transfer, preserving cleanliness. Additional steps include connecting power supplies, sanitizing with Isopropyl Alcohol, verifying UV light functionality, and ensuring only one door is open during transfers.
YNClean Dynamic Pass Box is a self-cleaning auxiliary equipment of the cleanroom, used to prevent air turbulence and minimize the entry of contaminants when transferring small items between two different grades/classes of cleanness level rooms.

Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is self-clean air equipment, it can be installed on the ceiling or set on the holder, which can reach Class100. FFU has a HEPA filter and pre-filter, the fan absorbs the air from the top through the pre-filter and HEPA filter then the clean air at 0.45m / s ± 20% speed is blown out by the whole air supply grill. FFU Module is designed to provide unidirectional vertical airflow of filtered, clean air over a cleanroom space by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air. FFU creates a positive room pressure that reduces the contamination risk from potential ceiling bypasses.
A HEPA Filter Box is a specialized air filtration device designed for clean air applications. The box-shaped housing contains a High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter, which is highly effective in removing airborne particles, including dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and other contaminants.
